Find happiness in choosing healthy foods

When was the last time you talked with someone about your health and received the personal attention you deserve? 

One of my instructors from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition said that every child should have a Health Coach.  What if they started at conception, guiding their mothers to eat the best foods for development and to continue coaching them through their entire lives.  What a healthy and wonderful life this child would have.  

I often think how my life would be different if I had a Health Coach, even 20 years ago, supporting me with healing foods through college, chronic stress, a car accident, chronic pain, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and food sensitivities.  I would have eliminated a lot of pain and years of health issues, providing me with much more happiness.
